Refund Policy - the basics

At Royal Roots & Co, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our spa services and the time reserved exclusively for each client, we do not offer refunds on any services, deposits, or products purchased.

When you book an appointment with us, you’re securing a dedicated time slot with one of our wellness professionals. We ask that you respect our time as we respect yours. In the event you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. No-shows and same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit or service fee.

We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or results that do not meet subjective expectations. However, we always strive to deliver a high-quality experience. If you have concerns about a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue professionally and appropriately.
